Altamira Limited Warranty

Altamira Music Holdings LLC warrants all Altamira guitars to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the original purchase date. Components (pickups, switches, tuning machines, hardware, cases and case hardware) are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, and does not include cover for general wear and tear. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser when purchased from the Altamira website or an authorized Altamira Dealer (see visit page). A sales receipt with date must accompany all requests for warranty coverage.

The Altamira Warranty exclusions:

• General wear and tear - fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings and batteries
• Impact damage or improper use
• Setups, action adjustments or routine maintenance of any kind
• All damage to wood or hardware components due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with the elements or chemicals
• Instruments that have been serviced by unauthorized persons or shops (services should be completed at one of our authorized dealers)
• Instruments that have been modified or customized in any way
• Purchases from non-authorized dealers
