Shipping policy

All orders ship from local country warehouse, or international warehouse depending on stock levels and Customer shipping address location.

Orders are typically fulfilled 1 - 3 business days after an order is placed and Customer will receive a confirmation shipping email with tracking information.

For non-USA orders (e.g. Europe, Canada), customer will be importer and responsible for any duty or charges as Altamira is not a registered VAT company.
